Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 pcs peeled chopped shallots
  • 4 pcs chopped tomtatoes
  • 1 pc eggplant
  • 1 pc cucumber
  • 1 pc carrots
  • 1 pc patola
  • 1 bottle Ithamar Orchard Palawan Tropical Red Pesto
  • 1 bottle Ithamar Orchard Palawan Coco-Papaya Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 300 grams cubed fresh tuna
  • 300 grams cooked pasta
  • goat cheese
  • parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • french toast
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients and sauté onion, garlic, and tuna first. Add the vegetables (cucumber, eggplant, patola, and tomato)

Step 2

Add sauces. Mix the bell pepper last as this has a stronger flavor among the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Cook pasta.  

Step 4

 Mix sauce with pasta and garnish. Serve with french toast.
