Step by Step Instructions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 pcs peeled chopped shallots
- 4 pcs chopped tomtatoes
- 1 pc eggplant
- 1 pc cucumber
- 1 pc carrots
- 1 pc patola
- 1 bottle Ithamar Orchard Palawan Tropical Red Pesto
- 1 bottle Ithamar Orchard Palawan Coco-Papaya Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 300 grams cubed fresh tuna
- 300 grams cooked pasta
- goat cheese
- parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- french toast
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and sauté onion, garlic, and tuna first. Add the vegetables (cucumber, eggplant, patola, and tomato)
Step 2
Add sauces. Mix the bell pepper last as this has a stronger flavor among the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cook pasta.
Step 4
Mix sauce with pasta and garnish. Serve with french toast.
